    Hey there! Great plugin and we love it but theres just some issues with the Usage limit per user functionality.

    When this feature is checked, whenever people try to use the coupon code (despite not ever using it) it gives this error “Coupon usage limit has been reached.”.

    But, for some reason, when you change the email thats on checkout, then it starts working again, so there must be some error with how the data is parsed or checked for this user limit to take action.

    Can you send me an url + instructions to test this in your store? You can send them to admin at soft79.nl. What version of WC and our plugin do you use?

    I get “Coupon code applied successfully”.

    Did you test it multiple times using the same useraccount, maybe?

    It says Coupon code applied successfully but then when you press check out, it says Coupon usage limit has been reached, thus no one can ever use this coupon.

    Go into incognito or VPN, incognito works most of the time!

    Tried incognito. Not going to use vpn. Can you temporarily add NL shipping method?

    While your at it; please enable Settings > WC Extended Coupon Feat > Debug mode.

    sent you another email to test on our staging site because i cant turn the plugin off on our production site.
