Marketing Tab

Hi, we have your coupon pro plugin on several sites.
On one of our sites, the marketing tab on the sidebar is missing.

Can you help?

If I go to the direct link i copied from one of our sites that is working, it works fine.

There just isn’t the Marketing spot on the WordPress side bar.

What version of WooCommerce are you running on that site?

4.8.0 on both websites.

One has the Marketing on the sidebar, and the other does not.

Is it possible that someone disabled it using a snippet? For example as explained here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-disable-marketing-hub/page/2/

The Marketing tab is added by the woocommerce-admin package that is shipped with WooCommerce and can only be disabled by using filters as far as I know.

No there are no snippets running that have that type of code.

If you wish I can take a look, I need ssh and wp-admin access to the site, you can send details to admin at soft79.nl. Otherwise I recommend you to contact WooCommerce support as this is not related to our plugin.

BTW Is it the site running admin-menu-editor-pro ? Try disabling that plugin to see if the issue persists.

Site is not running admin-menu.

I do not have SSH, but can get you wp-admin

The ‘Disable WooCommerce Bloat’ is hiding it, but disabling the plugin doesn’t show the Marketing tab, so there’s probably something else hiding it. Please contact WooCommerce support.

I installed that plugin this morning so we could at least get some coupons made.
