Discount is not applied on cart and checkout

After woocommerce update, the discount is visible on shop page and single products pages but is not applied on cart and checkout.

Is there a fix for this issue?

I suspect that another plugin may overwrite the price of the product. Do you have any plugins that overwrite prices of products in the cart?

No, there are no plugins that overwrite the price of the products. Also, the normal discounted products works as expected (https://worldmart.dk/shop/?filters=_sale%5B1%5D).

The issue appeared only after the woocommerce update and no other changes were performed. Would it help a login for the website? But, I would not pass it here on the forum.

I can’t reproduce the issue on WordPress 6.5.4 + WooCommerce 8.9.3.
