categories not excluded by plugin

Hi, I have excluded some catoegories from an auto-coupon but it doesn’t work
Category is “experience” related to events creted by plugin events manager

With ‘does not work’ you mean that the discount is still applied to items from that category? What is the discount type and what are the other coupon settings?
