We don’t have special endpoints for REST API, but you can use the product’s meta fields as follows:

• _j79_wcxd_expiries should be in this format: 2018-01-12 x 5, 2018-03-20 x 10. It contains the expiry dates and quantities separated by a comma
• _j79_wcxd_sort_key is only used for ordering of the products on the ‘Edit products’-page. It should contain the date of the oldest expiry date of a product, e.g. 2018-01-12

Please note that we format the dates as YYYY-MM-DD.
